• Most sleeping pads we sell range from 1.0 (good for warm weather) to 5.5+ (for use in extreme cold); the higher the R-value, the more insulated the pad
• R-value tested according to the ASTM F3340 standard
• Horizontally cored foam reduces weight and bulk; 2.5 in. thickness provides plenty of cushioning
• Toggles and loops allow multiple Campwell pads to connect together without gaps
• The toggles also allow this pad to be connected to our Campwell folding cot (item #229078; not included) for a secure pad/cot interface
