Gregory Magnetic Bite Valve

If you are experiencing trouble getting water to flow through your bit valve, or it appears to be missing the opening, squeeze the soft part of the mouthpiece firmly, then twist and roll the silicone in your fingertips until the slice on the valve opens itself. Soaking the valve in warm water beforehand may help if needed. From time to time this can occur due to the properties of the high-quality food-grade silicone used for this valve, which can self-seal over time in the right conditions.
